Edit: I've discovered this strange occurrence tends to happen when a new video begins when youtube is in the pop-up video mode. The videos will be fine if they're just in the tab, within the full frame, but if a new video starts and it's in pop-up mode, it'll simply freak out when I return to normal framing.
